Mix Two Cocktails
Every guest makes two of Barbara’s signature serves from scratch — shaking, pouring and (mostly) not spilling, with a Haus bartender calling the shots. Yours to drink.
Learn a Haus Dance
Every crew leaves knowing one of Barbara’s signature dances. Bad moves welcome. This is the bit that ends up on everyone’s stories.
Finish on a Shot Ski
The whole group lines up on the shot ski for one big alpine finale. 3, 2, 1… go ⛷️

How many people can we book for?
The masterclass is built for groups. Give us your numbers when you book and we’ll sort a session that fits — from a small squad to a full-on party.
How long does it run?
Plan for around 90 minutes of Prosecco, cocktails, dancing and shot-ski glory — then the rest of the night is yours to keep the party going.
Which cocktails will we make?
Two of Barbara’s signature serves, chosen on the day by your bartender. Both are yours to drink once you’ve made them.
Is it good for hen and stag dos?
It’s one of our most-booked group sessions. Birthdays, hens, stags, work socials — if it’s a celebration, Barbara Would.
Do we need to book in advance?
Yes masterclasses run on set slots, so lock your date in early, especially for Saturdays. Book online or give the Haus a call.
