Find your belongings

Register your Lost & Found here and please provide as much detail about your item as possible.

For clothes, jumpers and bags: Provide colour and brand.
For phones: Provide colour, brand, description of the lock screen and case, as well as any damages to the screen or stickers.
For keys: Provide details of any keyrings or fobs.
For ID / bank cards: Provide your full name as it appears on the card.
For items left in the cloakroom: Also include your ticket number and initials.

Please do not register items on behalf of, or that belong to, other people.

Get here by train & bus

Bristol Temple Meads
Main city rail hub with Great Western Railway and CrossCountry services to London, Cardiff, Birmingham and the South West. (~20 min walk to the Harbourside, or a quick taxi/bus)

Bristol Bus Station
Handy if you’re arriving by coach or long-distance bus, with a short walk down to the Harbourside.

(Local buses also run frequently through the city centre, stopping near The Centre and Anchor Road, both a short walk from Canon’s Road.)

There’s no dedicated on-site parking at Barbara’s, but Bristol’s Harbourside offers several car parks within easy walking distance.

Popular city centre option with good evening availability. (~10-12 min walk)

Note: parking prices vary by time and day – pre-booking via apps like JustPark or RingGo can make arriving smoother on busy nights.

Ride Services

Barbara’s Bier Haus Bristol is right on the Harbourside, making it easy to reach by taxi, Uber, Bolt and local private hire services. Popular pick-up and drop-off points are directly outside the venue or along nearby Anchor Road and The Centre.

Handy Tip

Planning a big night out or heading home late?

Bristol Temple Meads Station offers the most frequent late-evening rail services. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the Harbourside, so booking a taxi or hopping on a late bus is the easiest way back if you’d rather not walk.
